Storyteller Retreat
July 19, 2025
9am - 4pm at the Red House
We are often drawn to books because they ignite something inside of us. They touch a piece of our own, personal narrative.
This retreat offers space to move from mere reading to engaging both the author’s story and your own.
Through mindful engagement, centering exercises, and therapeutic writing, we will guide participants in an embodied experience of their own personal narrative. This engagement not only deepens our relationship with the author’s work, but with our own story and the stories of those around us. Through this communal storytelling, we can connect more deeply to ourselves and others.
