Red House Ramblings
In building The Red House, I have learned that it is a sometimes scary journey. Letting go of things and embracing new things can mean that at times I have to disappoint people, tell people no, and step away from things I have been doing because I know others want me to do them in order to step towards myself and where I am being called to serve. I am going to spend more time in the activities I enjoy, digging in the earth, planting and growing and harvesting, reading and reading some more, and bringing people together in community. Through all of this I am going to bring you along by sharing my journey with you and I give you permission to do the same exploration for yourself.

This will help us have “a more natural appreciation” for one another even if we disagree with each other. If we are able to come together in trusting community to discuss tough topics, we might be able to come to see each other in a more peaceful way. Instead of being divided we may begin to appreciate our differences.
